A fun short film about a guy who was ticketed for NOT riding his bike in the bike lane and then being told he HAD TO stay in the bike at all times. Hilarity ensues... well, maybe not hilarity, but I laughed. For three minutes, that's not bad. Thanks to Casey and Vimeo.
